Job Title: Administrative Assistant for Real Estate Transaction Management

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are a small group of real estate agents who are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support in real estate transaction management, email and calendar management, lead generation, and social media management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with real estate transaction management, including preparing contracts, coordinating inspections, and ensuring timely completion of paperwork.
  • Manage and organize email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Efficiently handle calendar management, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
  • Assist in lead generation efforts by conducting market research, managing databases, and following up on potential clients.
  • Handle social media management, including creating and scheduling engaging content, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in real estate or administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in email and calendar management tools, such as Microsoft Outlook or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with lead generation strategies and social media platforms.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
