Job Overview
As the Administrative Assistant to the CEO of ARB Enterprise Consulting, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. THIS POISITION IS VIRTUAL.
Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
- Maintain the CEO's calendar by scheduling meetings, appointments, conference calls, business meetings, and events.
Communication Handling:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence directed to the CEO, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.
- Draft and edit emails, letters, and other documents on behalf of the CEO as requested.
Document Preparation:
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets for external distribution.

- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, materials, and presentations.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with expense tracking, processing invoices, and managing reimbursements for the CEO.

- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including room reservations, catering, and audiovisual setup.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases related to the CEO's activities and projects.
