RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

Infusing social channels with the DMan brand, the Digital Marketing Executive applies their US marketing acumen while owning and executing the following core activities:

• Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of digital marketing content on social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Engage with our current and prospective customers on our social media channels and through other marketing mediums 
• Generate new and exciting content for our current and future social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• Create compelling copy to drive our brand awareness, market presence, and engagement
• Capture still and video content as required for social channels, plus edit to suit all platforms
• Stay apprised of all current and upcoming social trends, making changes to strategy when appropriate
• Create ad-hoc marketing content and brand-related social amplifications
• Report on and analyze key campaign metrics and insights to increase performance, engagement, and growth
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key brand stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

What it Takes

The best Digital Marketing Managers are engaged, entrepreneurial brand ambassadors that operate at the cross-section of brand building and digital innovation. 

Minimum Required:

This s a virtual/remote opportunity. Successful candidates must have a deep understanding of core U.S. marketing concepts and execution.

• 2+ years U.S.  experience in a digital/social media marketing role
• Strong technical skills, including image and video editing
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work autonomously with little to no supervision

Preferred:

• Proficiency with Canva and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
