Our engineering and equipment rental services are provided locally in the United States, with our headquarters based in Kansas City, Missouri.
Responsibilities:
• Actively prospect and generate leads to expand our customer base.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product and service solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive for success.
• Familiarity with the music production industry and artist promotion is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
Compensation:
This is an hourly-based position with additional commission-based pay. The earning potential will be based on your sales performance and achievements.
