Title: Social Media Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced social media manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with our business goals and increase our online presence. They will also be responsible for creating engaging content, optimizing our social media accounts, and analyzing metrics to continuously improve our social media presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals
  • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, GIFs, etc.) for social media platforms
  • Optimize social media accounts (profile, cover photo, bio, etc.) to increase engagement and reach
  • Analyze metrics to track and measure the success of social media campaigns
  • Monitor and engage with social media followers to build a strong online community
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with other teams (sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure a cohesive social media strategy
  • Manage and schedule daily posts on social media platforms
  • Promote products and services through social media channels
  • Provide ongoing support and fast delivery of social media requests

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pintrest etc.) and how they can be leveraged for business purposes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.)
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
