We are looking for a skilled virtual assistant to join our team and help us manage our Facebook groups. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for moderating the group, contacting members via DM, and giving them access to our services. This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours and the ability to work from a phone or laptop.

Responsibilities:

  • Moderate the Facebook group and enforce the rules
  • Contact group members via direct message (DM) and provide them with information about our services
  • Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with group events and promotions as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of all member interactions and feedback

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Facebook group moderation and management
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A reliable internet connection and access to a phone or laptop
  • Flexible availability to work on a part-time basis
