Job Overview

Have a Basic understanding of Auto, Home Insurance 

PT work around 5 pm to 8 pm EST

calling renewal clients using our agent CRM software

Calling Clients and doing a Customer Service review 

Input Data into our AMS or CRM for insurance quotes or updating data 

Calling Clients with a VOIP Phone

using software like Slack, Outlook, CRM, insurance AMS, Insurance Rating Software

contact client at night if we cannot connect with client of cancellation during the day.

call insurance quotes and follow up, if still in the market by using CRM and EZ reports

calling or Texting back Clients using our CRM 

Working With an Agency Mang Software called EZLynx 

Working with a CRM called Agent CRM

Clearing dashboard inside of agent CRM for Renewals Text or Call in 

Uploading reports into Agent CRM

Reviewing insurance quotes in EZ to see if competitive.
