Hi! This is Justine Lei Tolentino, I graduated from St. Mary's Academy of Hagonoy. I've been in a BPO Industry for 3 years already. I've worked as a customer service representative for months in Inspiro, in there we do Inbound calls and upselling. After finishing my contract there, I worked for more than two years in Transworld Systems Inc as a Client Services Specialist, it's a back office job and we cater to our client needs via email, chat, and Outbound calls. We also do collection as it was a collection company based from the US.
