For five years, qualities and attributes to not only get up and running quickly in this role but also be able to add value to your already established team. And for those years I was able to provide good customer service to companies like AT&T, Dell computers and SiriusXM. With me having the opportunity to work with these esteemed brands, I was able to enhance a lot of skills most especially by listening attentively. As a real estate virtual assistant, my main responsibility would be to assist the real estate agent in their day-to-day tasks, which includes managing their schedule, making phone calls, responding to emails, managing listings, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating with clients. As a trainer, I deliver training sessions using various methods such as classroom training, online training, or on-the-job training. I create a learning environment that is conducive to learning, and they must have excellent facilitation and presentation skills to deliver the training effectively. Lastly, I am very passionate about this industry, and that means I will always take great pride in the work I do and take good care of your customers and clients.
