Accounts Payable / Admin Assistant

Job Overview

Accounts Payable Clerk and Admin Assistant Contract Role. 

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company's general administrative activities. The day to day of this role will primarily focus on assisting the Accounting and Customer Service departments with tasks such as data entry, accounts payable, customer service, utility management, etc. 

Requirements: 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong math skills. 

Proficient in Microsoft Excel. 

Proficient in Property Management Systems.

Spanish speaking is preferred but not required. 

Bachelors degree preferred but not required. 

Job Responsibilities: 

This role will be heavy in interaction with customers and clients over both email and phone. 

Assisting the Financial Controller with Payables 

Assisting the Accounting Department manage receivables 

Maintain records for the Accounting Department 

Answer calls and emails for Accounting & Customer Service Departments
