Admin and Marketing Virtual Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Admin and Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and marketing support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate should have experience in WordPress, scheduling, and social media management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as email management, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
  • Create and update WordPress website content, ensuring it is visually appealing and user-friendly.
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring audience engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content creation.
  • Monitor website analytics and social media insights to track the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide support in organizing and coordinating virtual events, webinars, or conferences.
  • Assist with customer support by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Perform other administrative and marketing tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative or marketing virtual assistant.
  • Proficient in using WordPress, scheduling tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy while working independently.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools quickly.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work remotely and effectively collaborate with a virtual team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the industry related to the position.
  • Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
