Job Overview

I am seeking a part time administrative person to help me with my Real Estate business. Ideally, the candidate would possess good writing skills and a good grasp of the English language.  Some experience in digital marketing, post card design, social media knowledge would be extremely helpful with my marketing activities. Postings on social media, writing blogs and helping with my quarterly newsletter.  Writing emails (creating templates) and helping with transactions would be a plus.  I'd like this person to be making calls to my data base to keep on top of opportunities and cleaning the data, setting of searches for clients, making appointments when necessary, etc.  The ideal candidate should be personable and friendly.
