Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations to effectively communicate them to internal teams.
Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure timely and successful project completion.
Work closely with the CEO and Internal Team, to facilitate project execution according to client requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring all parties are aligned on project goals and deliverables.
Communicate to CEO regular updates for clients, summarizing project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming activities.
Document client feedback, decisions, and action items to maintain accurate records and ensure accountability.
Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other client-facing documents as needed.
Maintain organized files and documentation related to client projects, contracts, and communications.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
