Job Overview

Our firm assists customers on how to complete complex claim documents. This role will be trained on the correct way to complete these forms, how to contact the customer if information is needed, how to track the claim as it moves through the stages of completion. Step-by-step instructions are provided for each process. Hours are 9am to 5pm New York time. WFH is fine so long as you have a solid computer and internet connection and fairly quiet environment to work in. Experience with similar office work such as completing forms, complex tasks such as legal, accounting, mortgage processing is desired. Also experience with emailing/texting/calling clients is required.  Attention to detail is very important.
