Our company, a well-established business, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team.
Position: Executive Assistant
Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm EST
Responsibilities:
- * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
- * Manage correspondence, including reading, researching, and routing communications.
- * Prepare documents, letters, and reports based on collected information.
- * Cold calling, scheduling meetings, and appointments
- * Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
- * Collaborate with team members on various projects and follow up on assigned tasks.
- * Maintain organized filing and retrieval systems for efficient record-keeping.
- * Contribute to the overall team effort and assist with additional tasks as needed.
- * Handle posting, and responding on several social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram).
Requirements:
- * Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- * Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- * Proficiency in relevant software and tools, and knowledge of GoHIghLevel is a plus.
- * Ability to handle multiple calendars.
- * Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- * Previous administrative experience in a similar role.
