Full-Time Business Operations & Design Assistant

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client communication and email correspondence.
Create and maintain project schedules and documents using Google Suite and Markdown.
Design mockups and prototypes for website and software projects using Figma or Penpot.
Assist with social media management tasks as needed.
Research and provide information on industry trends and software updates.
Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Google Suite, Markdown, Github, Figma or Penpot (experience with alternative design tools a plus).
Basic understanding of web development and design principles.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Availability to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
Comfortable communicating via Google Chat (https://chat.google.com/).
