Job Overview
- Assists in coordinating patient care by reviewing the patient schedule.
- Manage day to day operations – inbound and outbound calls, email and chat.
- Appointment Scheduling – manage appointments, rescheduling and cancellations.
- EMR Management – Ensure EMR is always up to date.
- Prior Authorization – manage the entire prior authorization process.
- Complete patient charts.
- Insurance follow ups.
- Update refill scripts
- Email scrubbing
- Social media coordinator
- Can work independently
- Additional task as required by manager.
