We are actively seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Initiate proactive outbound calls to potential clients, creating leads and generating sales opportunities.

Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their advantages to potential customers.

Sales Presentations: Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the value proposition of our offerings to potential clients.

Customer Relationship Building: Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and building loyalty.

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to formulate and implement effective sales strategies.

Quick Learner: Quickly grasp knowledge about new products, services, and industry trends

Data Gathering: Utilize various sources to gather comprehensive and accurate client information, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and preferences.

  1. Data Updating: Review and validate existing client data, making necessary updates to reflect any changes or additions to their profiles.
  2. Data Inputting: Accurately input gathered and updated client information into our AgentCRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.

Your attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and efficient data management skills will play a vital role in strengthening our client relationships and optimizing our overall business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficient in sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Openness to learning and adapting to new products and services.
  • Previous sales or cold calling experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of AMS360 and AgentCRM is a plus.

Working Hours:

This is a part-time role, requiring approximately 3 hours of work per day. Flexible scheduling options are available to accommodate individual preferences. For the right candidate, this part-time position has the potential to evolve into a full-time role with additional bonuses.
