The ideal candidate will be experienced in covering shipments with partner carriers, self-motivated, possess a desire to always be the best at what they do, and operate professionally in the most ethical manner.

Responsibilities:

• Contact new and existing partner carriers to arrange for transportation services
• Negotiate rates with partner carriers
• Communicate with carriers about freight details, delivery or pickup times, and special handling requests.
• Confirm that our dispatch software is updated throughout the lifecycle of a shipment
• Confirm on-time pickups and deliveries
• Work with our team to resolve any carrier related issues
