Job Overview

1. Knowledge of how to build and maintain a Real Estate Sales Funnel

2. Social Media Ads experience a MUST - must be proficient - able to create, develop, implement, and analyze campaigns

3. Able to adapt to changing trends and keep content on trend

4. Detail Oriented

5. Strong grasp on current marketing tools and systems

6. Able to follow directions

7. Creative - Ability to think outside the box and sometimes work with little formal instructions (able to be told the end result needed and come up with a plan to get there)

8. Ability to look at a problem, analyze it, and come up with a solution - Problem solver

9. Must be able to prioritize work tasks

10. Strong grammar and vocabulary skills - they will be posting on Social Media, it must be correct

11. Familiar with Workspace/flow management

12. Canva experience necessary

13. Content Creation proficient - digital and print

14. Client Retention experience helpful

15. Able to research topics and gather information 

16. Knowledge of website maintenance helpful 

17. Proficient with Google Business Suite 

18. Transaction Management experience/knowledge helpful

19. Strong Desire to make systems run smoother and automate

20. Strong desire to make the company better

Facebook/IG posts/ads

Innovative trends

Content Creation

Past Facebook ads experience

Multi level campaigns and master story paths

Video & Graphic edit/design a plus

 

60 day probationary period
