Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Create engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Regularly update and optimize our business pages to enhance visibility and engagement.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including retargeting strategies to increase conversion rates.
Digital Advertising: Manage and create Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive traffic and generate leads.
Administrative Support: Perform daily administrative tasks, manage call lists, and prepare task summaries for key team members, ensuring efficient workflow.
Client Relationship Management: Use Follow Up Boss CRM to manage and enhance customer interactions. Experience with this tool is preferred but not mandatory.
Requirements:
Proven experience (1-2 years experience is a must) in social media content creation and optimization across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Strong understanding of email marketing and digital advertising strategies.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
Experience with Follow Up Boss CRM is a plus.
