Customer Support:

  • Provide comprehensive support to customers on policy inquiries, claim status, and general information, showcasing a profound understanding of insurance products and services.

Calendar Management:

  • Efficiently manage calendars and schedules for key team members, ensuring punctual meetings, appointments, and deadlines.

Task Automation:

  • Identify opportunities for task automation and implement technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual workload, and minimize errors.

Compliance Monitoring:

Tool Utilization:

  • Proficiently utilize tools such as AMS360, Salesforce, and Agent CRM to optimize operational efficiency.
