Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team at Send Me a Trainer North OC and Send Me a Pro North OC. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales, marketing, administrative tasks, recruitment, and onboarding efforts. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while serving our clients in North Orange County.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Marketing Support:
- Assist in prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential clients in North Orange County, including Brea, Placentia, Yorba Linda, and Anaheim Hills.
- Utilize various channels, such as email campaigns, social media platforms, and online directories, to reach out to potential clients and promote our services.
- Schedule and coordinate sales calls, appointments, and follow-ups for the business owner.
- Help maintain a CRM system to track and manage leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.
2. Administrative Tasks:
- Provide general administrative support to the business owner, including email management, calendar scheduling, and document preparation.
- Handle customer inquiries, respond to emails, and assist with resolving any issues or concerns.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
3. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process for contractors, including personal trainers, yoga instructors, martial arts instructors, music instructors, tutors, and dog walkers.
- Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new contractors, ensuring all necessary paperwork, certifications, and background checks are completed.
- Facilitate contractor orientation and training, providing necessary information and resources.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant, sales assistant, marketing assistant, or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and problem-solve effectively.
- Knowledge of the North Orange County area and local markets or ability to research the area is an advantage.
