Work from home - Sales Representative (SALARY + COMMISSION)

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with emerging and existing business owners, understanding their funding needs, and guiding them through the funding process  


6 Non Negotiable Requirements:

  1. Sales Representatives must arrange an appropriate and safe workspace at their work location that ensures their productivity and the security of client information.
  2. Sales Representatives must be able to take telephone calls and participate in online video meetings, on-camera, with minimal distraction and while maintaining appropriate confidentiality. [ALL REMOTE STAFF IS REQUIRED TO BE ON-CAMERA FOR ENTIRE 8 HOURS SHIFT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF BREAK TIMES] 
  3. Ability to work an 8 hour US Day Shift (9:00AM-5:00PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME ZONE)
  4. Own a Desktop or Laptop with a CAMERA! 
  5. Own a noise canceling headset 
  6. Stable and reliable high speed internet 



  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of successful sales experience preferably in the lending industry
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Speak fluent English; Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate financial concepts/ lending products  in a clear and concise manner
  • Results-Driven: A track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and a passion for delivering outstanding results
  • Resilience: Ability to handle objections, rejection, and navigate challenges with a positive attitude
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with various business funding products and funding processes is a strong advantage
  • Customer-Centric: Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Phone Confidence: Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls (at least 100 calls per day)



  • High-Volume Calls: Conducting outbound calls to potential clients, engaging in conversations to identify their funding requirements, and presenting suitable solutions
  • Relationship Building: Establishing rapport and trust with clients by effectively communicating the value of our services and tailoring solutions to their unique needs
  • Needs Assessment: Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients' challenges, growth goals, and recommending the appropriate funding products
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrating an understanding of various funding options
  • Application Support: Assisting clients in completing the application, collecting the necessary documentation, and guiding them through the submission process
  • Targets and Quotas: Meeting and exceeding weekly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth/revenue
