Description
I studied Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and I have experience as a sales associate of Iqor under the account of Fingerhut. In Fingerhut, my tasks were to do data entries, manage customer complaints, catering orders, upsell, offer insurance , receive payment over the phone and we do refunds as well. Before my contract ended in Fingerhut, I was reprofiled as a sales associate under the account of Pizza Hut. My tasks on this account were the same with my previous account ( Fingerhut). The only difference was that in Fingerhut we offer apparels and in Pizza Hut we offer food. Once again before my contract ended I was reprofiled as a sales associate under the account of 1800 Flowers. My tasks for this account were the same with my previous accounts and the only difference is that in 1800 Flowers we do inbound and outbound calls unlike my previous accounts we only do inbound calls.
After my contract ended I participated in various trainings. I was trained as a Real Estate Virtual assistant under Start Virtual and after the training I participated in a trial call under Heartland setting appointments and dialing 300-500 leads per shift.
I also have experience as a social media manager for about 2 years. My tasks for this account were to do data entries, setting appointments, photo editing, photo contents, social media marketing, engaging in social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, receiving emails and responding to them and more.
