I am a graduate of Mass Communication. I have a decade of working experience from different companies. I worked as radio reporter for 2 years and shifted to BPO as customer service for a Healthcare Insurance based in different states in the US. I also became a product trainer and later on an operations supervisor for the same account. I am flexible, enthusiastic, and optimistic. I am used to work with minimal supervision. All these job require me to spend 70-90% of my time speaking using english language and that helped me to enhance my communication and listening skills. I am also proficient in using Microsoft and google aps. But i am adaptable in learning other tools that will help me with the role you'll be assigning.
