Hello! I'm quisha and I'm looking for customer service and data entry opportunities. I have almost 2 years experience as a customer service agent assisting international costumers. I'm a graduating college student in Silliman university, i would like to gain more experience and utilize my skills in any opportunities that are given.I can provide Email,Microsoft word, and phone support and will do everything I can to delight your customer. Helping people has always been my passion and I firmly believe in fully comprehending customers' needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Though 6 months is just a short span of time working as a customer service agent i have manage to hone skills that are close to my personality and that i consider essential to quality customer service, i can work under pressure, i can work with Microsoft word, excel, and powerpoint, and also i can manage my time from work,personal life and school. I am always willing to learn and will familiarize with the product in order to provide best possible support/help to the customers.
