Summary of my qualifications: 1. Working as General Virtual Professional for MOD since January 2020 has taught me a new dynamic on real estate that execution of every task is vital. This was a new challenge for me and I used that as an opportunity to expand my learning on the business. Created my own tracking system for every category on property management, purchase, rental, utilities management, insurance, social media management and taxes. With real estate’s nature of business that needs regular follow-ups on purchase agreements to be signed or title transfer for utilities to start, I found a system that organized all my tasks from start to finish. 2. Trained, researched, learned and set-up business platforms e.g. Asana and Grasshopper. Asana is a project management platform that I was tasked to build for the business and for the real estate agents to use for every sale. Built Asana and created the Onboarding of Agents or Employee, Offboarding of Agents of Employee, Purchase, Rental and even processes and procedures. With these projects, I have created names, tasks and timelines for each. 3. As department head of Flexi Finance, when I started the entire department didn’t have any department policies, rules and regulations, standardized process and operating manual. I created everything in order for the entire department to have aligned goals. 4. For more than 2 years our kpis are approval rate of applications and average handling time per application. Approval rate is 47% - 51% below or above is unacceptable my team is able to maintain within acceptable rate. Average handling time is within 30 minutes. I am able to maintain 15 minutes average handling time per application.
