To give you an idea about me, I have a wide array of BPO experience with different companies over the years. The experience I have had included providing customer support and marketing. My job also included order processing, updating customer data on CRM, to check order status on shipstation, answering customer inquiry and providing technical support over the phone, chat or email. Apart from this I am also equipped in handling both inbound and outbound calls. I am well able in microsoft office navigation. My experience has taught me to meet or better yet, exceed customer's expectations with service. I was a nursing student back in college. So, medical terms are familiar to me. My previous training and experiences have taught me to deal with potential clients/customers with professionalism, courtesy and sensitivity to the needs of each client. My previous mentors had taught me that in every call and point of contact is an opportunity to make a positive impact and a lasting impression that will set the tone of each customer experience.
