Description

I've been working as technical support for almost 4 years. We handled the phone, chat and email support. Then, I became senior technical support who, mostly, had a first-hand experience with our newly released products. We were doing the feedback and meetings with our Product and Engineering Team to make sure that our Google products are ready to be on the market. But my recent job was as a trainer intern at Google. Not only that, but I was also working before as a virtual assistant to my sister for a year. She had a business and my expertise in social media was my focus. Not only that, I was her personal assistant--- email management, scheduling client meetings and even getting a reservation on her favorite's restaurants were my thing. As someone who began her career at the very bottom, I polished and developed my skills quite a lot professionally. I joined seminars and training and made sure that I am still updated to any changes happening.
