I have experience as an executive/personal assistant for real estate investors. I have experience with Lead Sherpa, Batchleads, Skip Tracing, list scrubbing, Mojo, Callrail, Launch Control, Call Tools, Directskip, Readynow, Propsteam, Property List Manager, REI.com and Podio. I also have experience in posting ads in Kijiji and Zumper. I can communicate with sellers, closing, and insurance agents via phone and email. I communicate with utility companies if a property needs the utilities turned on or be transferred under the company's name. I communicate with sellers and inspectors to schedule a property inspection. I also post ads on MLS, Craigslist, Instagram, Facebook groups, and the Facebook market.
