Hello! Please call me Kat. I have worked in customer service under voice technical support for telecommunications for almost two years. I also had an inbound sales experience as a hotel reservations executive for 8 months. Aside from my BPO experience, I have volunteered to be a social media manager for a local business owner here in the Philippines for a year and a real virtual assistant for two years.
