Hello, my name is Joani Urbina, I am 39 years old I will give you a brief description of my personality and background experience I want to start by saying I am very friendly, a team player, reliable and realistic also self-motivated it is worth mentioning that my family is my main live motivation when it comes to going beyond and when I have to give the extra mile. Being said that, now, I want you to know I have long experience in the call center industry since 2013 when I was 30 years old, actually working in the call center industry but performing different roles since I began. In the beginning, working in Real Estate, after in customer service then in technical support solving computer issues remotely also I worked as a sales agent over the phone, and last but not least because this work has represented the best in my personal opinion, based on my long call center experience this is over the phone interpreter and mainly medical interpreter. what does motivate me to be part of you? I want to join you because you have proven job stability and this is what I want to keep being and doing remote work, and I´m looking for a long-term relationship between the client and VA.
