I've been a real estate salesperson in the Philippines since 2020 and have a proven track record of success. In June of 2022, I was able to work for a US real estate investor doing wholesale. As an Human Resource Business Partner, I worked closely with the COO on the team's daily tasks. I was also tasked with supervising the entire shift. I was able to contact additional wholesalers, realtors, and investors to help us close the deal, as well as closing attorneys. I'm also backing up our files on Dropbox. I assist in the preparation of contracts through DocuSign and their distribution to sellers and buyers. I am helping the company with the structuring and organizing of the weekly and monthly meetings and submissions of the accomplishment report. I did appropriate research on the business growth, KPI, checklist for a project, and planning proposal. I am also working with the payroll interviewing applicants, making contracts of employees and independent contractors and investigating the employees If needed, and managing our hub staff (workforce management software suite that offers proof of work and time-tracking software).
