Thank you for checking out my profile, here's a quick overview of my skills and strengths. I graduated from Westmead International School with a degree in Tourism Management. I am a well oriented, motivated and fast learner person. I have worked in the airline industry specifically in Cargo and Accounting and Finance Department. My skills includes the ability to multi tasks and communicate to people. I have the experienced to worked in customer service where I handled clients through phone, chat and email. I've been part of the BPO industry for three years and had a chance to worked in retail and delivery campaigns. I also had a chanced to be part of the client analyst where I attended calibrations to align on the policies and updates of the account. My main job is to check agents phone calls and chat transcript to identify opportunities to improve the service. I also included my skills in canva editing as I was able to design logos, thank you cards for small businesses as well as cover photos for social media accounts. My main goal is to always exceed the expectations of both my employer and customers.
