Hi, My name is Jhubert. 38 years old, and I've been in the bpo industry for quite some time, I started way back in 2010. I have extensive training, especially in escalation, the last campaign I handled was video streaming and I handled voice and chat. I manage to master the art of patience. for me it is a skill, I always put myself in my customer's shoes. Being one of the subject matter experts I learned to profile my valued customer, agents or co-leagues.My main task is to provide an option and escalate difficult inquiries that a tier 1 representative has. I also do follow-up calls regarding special cases. I value my customer or client because they are the one who is giving me food on my table, without them I am nothing I don't have a job! I do skill transfer and provide feedback on some audits. I learned how provide best resolution so customer or clients will be happy because they are paying for the service and they just wanted to enjoy what they paid for! I tend to be happy when I see someone stepping up or doing a good job and hitting their metrics. I learned how to focus and do self-initiative.
