Description
I'm a college student studying BS Civil Engineering. I stopped in my fourth year because I wanted to focus on my new business. Which is a milktea shop; it's a modest shop where I run everything on my own. For nearly a year, I worked alone and everywhere. Unfortunately, due to the epidemic, I had to close it. And then I thought, why not try working at a BPO? As a result, I did. I applied, and despite having no relevant work experience, I was employed. I've worked in tech assistance, and we also perform upselling. I'm proud of myself for being the top seller on the entire production practically every day; my name appears on everyone's screen, and I'm overjoyed. And for being a top agent only a month after we finished training. Despite the fact that we're still in training, I'm constantly last on the list. I barely make it through the mock calls. I had no idea I would make it to the production, but I did. My teammates and coach are both impressed. They didn't think I'd be a top agent or seller based on my achievements, but I was. They suspect me of fraud selling since I have outlasted their tenured representatives, but they can't give any proof because I never do. That's why they don't want me to leave when I'm about to resign since they know I'm one of their assets. They also offered me the supervisor role after only a few months of employment, but they couldn't give it to me because I genuinely wanted a WFH arrangement. I don't have a choice except to leave. I'm pleased that, as I had promised before applying, I could quickly bring value to their business. And I'm confident that I can deliver that to the next company, giving me an opportunity to show off my abilities. I can assure you that it will not be a regret.
