Hi My name is Anjelyn Reynares you can call me Anj for short. I've been in the customer service industry since 2016 with different companies and I've been handled with different accounts such as retail, financial and digital streaming accounts. I've become an agent, subject matter expert and a supervisor. I've also been part of the Account Implementation program. Throughout my career I learned how to do data entry, answering and assisting customer concerns through chat, email and phone calls. When I was a subject matter expert I learned how to handle nesting teams, do call monitoring and assisting representatives to their concern in regards to the client, and product process. When I was supervisor I learned to do a crew scheduling, managing team, take escalation calls and do a coaching session to a line with the representatives to meet their target kpi . Also, With that experience I gained certification for Supervisor Foundation Training and I am a coaching certified. I consider myself a very motivated and driven individual with a passion for continuous growth and learning because I know for myself that I have a lot of things to learn. Throughout my career I have gained valuable experience that will help me a lot for whatever positions that your company has. Moreover I learn to adapt quickly to challenges because i believe in a positive and collaborative ethics will start in a good leadership. With all these learning and experience i believe that i will make a meaningful impact for the success of the company. Thank you
