Good Day! I am Jhunna Laica Teh, and I have a total of 5 years of work experience. My first job was in TEX Support at T-Mobile, where I enhanced my communication and customer retention skills. I also have experience with Comcast as a technical service representative, where I make sure to assist our customers with internet, signal, or any technical problems. I am looking for a different experience and environment, so I decided to take chances in the world of distribution companies. I worked there as an auditor for various brands, where I had to make sure that I audited, recorded, and organized each transaction in every department. There are a lot of things to do, but I also learned a lot. Lastly, I got interested in real estate, so when a job was offered, I immediately grabbed the chance, and I am so happy that I did it. I have been connected with the same company for almost 3 years now, and I am happy to explore different projects every year. My first project is the loan support of a real estate company; my second project is more complex, where I do data entry, bank statement analysis, and loan boarding. My third and last project is as a client service associate for a clothing company. I know how to use tools such as Skype and Slack for communicating with our clients. In contact, we use a company-owned tool, a talk desk, and a Zendesk for communicating with our customers. Google Sheets, FedEx, USPS, and Outlook for other tasks.
